This position is responsible for the central management of global PTC Value Added Resellers enablement programs. The person will manage and maintain a variety of programs and tools that enable our Value Added Resellers to access PTC content and programs, deliver PTC messages to their respective markets, and plan marketing activities around PTC programs. They will act as a liaison between these systems and the regional marketing teams who deal with the VARs on a daily basis.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Managing PTC’s web-based asset and collateral repository including working with internal program groups to upload and maintain the most up-to-date assets.
- Managing PTC web-based newsletter tool including doing usage analysis, working with regional marketers to upload new content into the content library, and communicating with regional marketers on underperforming VARs.
- Managing the Channel Marketing Homepage on PTC’s Partner Portal including updating content, working with internal program groups and IT to add the hottest assets, and communicating changes and updates to the regional marketing teams.
- Regular inspection and analysis of Joint PTC/VAR Marketing Plans including presenting to PTC Channel Marketing Management on issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- 1-3 years experience in corporate marketing operations –preferably related to working with Channel/Resellers programs. Experience in a technology/software company is considered a plus.
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Ability to build a good rapport with a large team of regional marketers spread across the globe.
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams (regional marketing, program marketing, marcomm, IT) spanning all levels including executives, peers and junior team members.
- Candidate must be extremely diligent, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage not only their own time, but multiple programs and projects to meet deadlines and keep the programs running smoothly.
