Main objectives:
- develop and maintain partners distribution network in Romania
- assure country geographical coverage
- assure good technical expertise of partners
- assure technical and commercial support for partners
Main responsibilities:
- identify and develop potential partners
- organize partners¿ events
- propose to management the strategic and action plans for partners network development
- execute the approved plans and report their status regularly
- continuous update of the products knowledge (keep pace with the latest products developments)
- provide technical support/training to partners/partners¿ customers
- maintain strong relations with related technical support teams
- maintain strong relations with the rest of the local team, sales & ops.
- participate in marketing activities, technical presentations, workshops, conferences etc.
- University graduate (Technical ¿ Electrical profile )
- Excellent sales skills and technical mind/sense
- Relevant experience in administrating a distribution network / channel, in building automation market
- Relevant experience within the industrial field (experience in fire & security and HVAC field is an advantage)
- Dynamic, tenacious, flexible
- Fostering teamwork, positive reaction to stress and able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent availability to assimilate new technical knowledge, quick learner
- Fluency in English
- Availability for travel at least 70% of the time (in the country and abroad)
