Role & Responsibilities:
In this position the right candidate is responsible for managing, supporting, and developing existing 3rd party distributors and System Integrators, as well as, identifying and bringing on board new 3rd party channels. While business growth is the main focus of this role, acting as a liaison and effectively facilitating technical sales support, product support, marketing, and other issues/needs that arise that pertain to channel business. It is preferred that the successful candidate has a sound technical or industry background combined with some sales or business experience to effectively relate to and support our 3rd party channels.

The following are some of the key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for achieving quota
- Providing necessary support to the channels
- Developing Mutual Action Plans (MAPs / business plans) with the channels
- Holding channels accountable to delivering on MAPs
- Identifying and evaluating new channels to facilitate business growth
- Collaborating with internal business teams to introduce new products and train channel


CERINTE

Skills & Experience:
- post second diploma or degree in programming or an engineering discipline
- 7+ years of experience overall
- 5+ years of related technical integration experience
- 1+ years of sales or business related experience in the industrial markets
- Excellent written and speaking skills
- Experience managing 3rd party channels preferred
- Ability to draft quotes and proposal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
