Do you enjoy working with distribution partners and understand what it takes to achieve the highest market coverage? Can you identify the right security solutions in a broad range of software environments and IT markets?

As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for the Channel Sales in your area and partner account management. The position implies a wide variety of responsibilities, including the acquisition of new partners, maintaining key accounts and client relationship, as well as providing key deals occasionally with business planning and logistic support. You have the opportunity to demonstrate the ability to coordinate a portfolio of partners towards generating a profitable and growth-orientated revenue stream by securing and managing strategic partnerships;

As an Area Sales Manager – Channel business, you possess a good balance of hands-on logistics competency coupled with the ability to apply technical knowledge in increasing conversion rates, evaluating trades offs and decision making. Organization skills are evident through the improving of partner handling process and the implementation of new methods and systems. Preparing and managing projects by ROI is an essential aspect of a great Area Sales Manager – Channel.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of verifiable experience and achievements in a software business area in similar roles
Very good understanding of security software
Must have worked with remote execution teams
Openness to work with different languages & cultures
Must be self-driven and motivated to achieve success
Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Competency in Building Customer/Partner Relationships

English and Russian (writing and speaking) are mandatory.

Any other Eastern European language or German knowledge would be a plus.
