Channel Admin Specialist is accountable for performing general and specific administrative support tasks involved by the Channel Support Admin function. She/he is the front end for HP Authorized Support Partners, assisting and helping them during logistic and financial operations, and assumes the ownership for all the escalations related to admin process issues. Channel Admin Specialist follows the HP procedures and guidelines in the daily activities, having full production responsibility for the functions and territories assigned to her/him. She/he is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial objectives received at department, team or individual level.
Channel Admin Specialist assists her/his Manager in leading and coordinating the HUB Channel Support Admin department, researches for relevant information, assists with analysis, compiles data for reports, and manages work processes following unit manager's directions and other established administrative procedures.
Functional scope
Channel Admin Specialist manages the administrative relationship with the channel partners and HP admin processes in place, supports the business development, offers assistance for projects running in her/his area of responsibilities, maintains records and other related data or documentation, assisting her/his Manager, Country Leader and colleagues in various administrative tasks directly and indirectly related to the work unit's primary function.
-economics/commercial or technical studies
-good communication skills (verbal and written)
-fluent English and a 2nd language as per territory needs are a must, other languages are a plus

-good organization skills, accuracy, ability to work under stress
-good PC skills
