RESPONSABILITATI

- Effectively manage and oversee operational, business and management requirements of the owners
- Actively participate in the formulation of the overall business strategy and to assume overall responsibility for its implementation and monitor and report on progress to meet objectives.
- Provide direction and leadership to the onsite team, and to have overall financial responsibility for delivery of all budget requirements
- Contribute to and support the letting campaigns and to act as a focal point of contact and to identify opportunities
- Work with the marketing team and agencies to develop the annual marketing and promotions strategy, and ensure that it is appropriate, effectively implemented and delivered within budget
- Work with the retailers to maximise their turnover, and to anticipate their changing demands and to make necessary management adjustments in order to respond
