Customer Business Development (CBD) is a worldwide P&G multi-functional strategy to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits.

CBD selling is conceptual, data-based technology driven and multi-functional.

Key Account Managers influence our Key Customers (Hypermarkets, Cash & Carry, Wholesalers, Supermarkets) decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing assortment, shelving, pricing and
merchandising activities, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior.

As a CBD Key Account Manager, you will:

manage a key accounts section consisting of International Chains (METRO, SELLGROS, CARREFOUR, INTERMARCHE etc), Wholesalers and Supermarkets
be responsible for delivering volume and leadership in-store presence (influence shoppers at the first moment of truth)
identify business building opportunities for our brands and sell persuasively
build partnership with our customers
