RESPONSABILITATI

This is an experienced Manager position within the Supply Chain Management (Customer Service and Logistics) group, located in Bucharest.

You will lead a specific Category Supply Planning group. This group acts as the interface between Balkans Multifunctional Business Team and P&G Supply Chain, including Central Supply Chain Resources (Regional Headquarter). The main contributions are in delivering the expected product availability for our customers, contributing to the Finish Product Logistic Cost savings, and supporting the Initiative execution excellence.

You will be responsible for overall Category Supply Planning and must ensure/improve following areas:
1) Deliver target product availability for all customers
2) Minimize obsolete inventory and cost associated with it
3) Maintain overall Inventory within agreed glide path
4) Drive Product Initiative readiness, as overall initiative process/Critical Path Schedule owner.

· Leadership - strong capability to deliver Breakthrough results in Product Availability, Inventory, & Initiative management. All these areas require a person who has strong leadership of envisioning what's possible, break barriers, utilize entrepreneur skills, and deliver end results. This also mean constructive push back of unreasonable request from various counterparts.
· Collaboration - you must work with multi-functional teams and manufacturing sites across countries. Constant collaboration to resolve urgent business issues will be an important task.
· Strong Communication Skills - concise and effective communication is needed, about the ongoing projects/initiatives/issues, in the relationship with counterparts, direct reports, and Management. Many times, issues need to be filtered through so the business partners can easily see options, pros & cons, and recommendations.
· Analytical Skill - you will have to confirm many critical data to be used in Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Financial Forecast process. An accurate planning data is a must for all other business decisions.
· People Management and Coaching skills - You will be expected to lead a group of 3-5 people, so possessing these skills is a must; you will also need to coach members of the Multifunctional Chain with respect to Supply Chain.
· SAP/APO knowledge would be helpful but not necessary - can be learned as part of the on boarding process.
