RESPONSABILITATI

Lead and determine strategic direction of product category portfolio;
Manage key product category activities and plans;
Analyze consumer research, indicate actions accordingly;
P/L management and budget control;
Manage execution of key marketing function (media or market research);
Manage and train brand managers;
Monitor activities of key competitors;
Manage the relationship with advertising agencies and other appropriate partners.


CERINTE

University Degree in Economics background;
At least 6 years of experience in Marketing in FMCG companies; Sales experience is also considered a plus;
Fluency in English (an International experience during the studies or work is highly valued);
Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities;
Analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation;
People Management experience is mandatory;
Result oriented and entrepreneurial/self starter attitude;
Adaptable and capable to work in a fast changing environment.
