- plan the turnover and margin of the categories and direct responsibility for the achievement of the targets: sales objectives per category, margin, stock rotation;
- follow up the targets for article number; as well as optimization of the stock on the category level;
- assortment management (listing and de-listing of products, product core, promotions), concept and continuous adjustment of goods presentation (layout, merchandizing planning, proposals for action);
- follow up supplier conditions for the category in the frame of the general contract conditions, as well as supervision and optimization of supply processes;
- conducting market analyses and analyses of the competition, possible processing and posting of measures for reaction;
- management of the pricing strategies - selling price formation and DB optimization, as well as optimization of the stock;
- keeping an accurate master data for sales price, portfolio on cluster level;
- follow up the compliance to the Key Performance Indicator’s related to shop business;
- develop customer-oriented and economically efficient management of the assortment within the frames of the pre-set standards and strategy;
- develop promotion strategy, planning, preparation and communication of the product promotion in the category in cooperation with Marketing, as well analyzing of the results and actions for future improvement results;
- develop training programs in his area of expertise, designed for Area Managers and shops.
• Good understanding of retail business;
• Highly committed to business performance and result oriented;
•Educational requirements: University degree;
• Work experience in the retail FMCG industry: minim 3 years;
• Languages: English, Romanian;
• Computer literate;
• Driving license.
