RESPONSABILITATI

- Serving the entire beverage, light snacks and any other additional products (tobacco products) available in the Casino under the direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor and following the agreed guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of all the beverage and connected products which are served in the Casino. Knowledge about the food or snacks menus as well.
- To attend meetings and trainings at every time when his/her supervisor requiring.
- To prepare and set up the VIP or Cigars & Whiskey areas at the highest possible standards and help his/her supervisor and fellow colleagues with improving the presentation.
- To attend any guest request at any time with no time schedule limits, using the adequate inventory materials, presenting the requested products at the highest possible standards.
- To interact always in a very friendly manner, at all the time smiling and trying to be ready to fulfil any guest expectation.
- To communicate with the guests in a very polite and concise manner, offering them the very best we can.
- To strive for Excellency in service, appearance and personal presence.
- To be part of a team ready to offer a lifetime experience to ALL our guests.
- To work as a loyal and always helpful team worker, to have a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Report to duty on time.
- Accountable to maintain personal hygiene and grooming as per company’s guidelines.
- Maintain his/her working area at the highest possible standards, cleaning his/her working area.
- Collaborate with the bar department (with the kitchen department when is the case as well) in the appropriate manner in order to create and maintain a good working environment for all departments, if any misunderstandings at all the time report to on duty supervisor and follow his/her guidelines.
- To use all the equipment and utensils according with the agreed guidelines and follow exactly all the instructions received during trainings, in case of unexpected events (damages, breakages, missfunctionalityes or any other “to be reported” situations) inform the on duty supervisor and wait for his/her solutions.


CERINTE

Secondary education
Previous experience is not necessary, although experience in customer service is a distinct advantage.
