Slot Manager :
- Develop and manages the budget for the slot department.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
- Manages, processes, and programs to effectively control and reduce loss time injuries.
- Review the staffing levels to maintain budgeted levels of employment.
- Delegate duties and assign responsibilities.
- Development of staff, interviews, hires, and evaluates.
- Manage slot equipment change outs, placements, and repair.
- Review slot activities and promotional status with Director of Casino Operations.
- Ensure proper display and performance of slot equipment, maintain the compliance of state laws, regulations, and company internal policies and procedures in regards to gaming devices and personnel maintaining them.

Casino Cashiers:
- Receiving and paying out money and keeping records of exchange transactions in the shipboard casino
- Provide customer assistance through the exchange of various types of monetary notes, coins, credit and casino chips and helpful information
- Maintain cage security as well as accuracy of various reports regarding authorization forms, reconciliation of transactions and exchange summary reports
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting and providing helpful information

Casino Dealers:
- operate and conduct table games
- face game at all times and recreate best/situations, as needed
- handle monies (bankrolls, payoffs, come & prop bets, change, and checks)
- answer questions regarding games, casino, and property

Bartenders:
- Takes orders from customers or Bar Waiter/Waitress.
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serves wine and draft or bottled beer.
- Collects money for drinks served.
- Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
- Replenishes bar snacks such as chips, pretzels, and nuts.

Receptionists:
- Welcomes and receives company guests and visitors;
- Handling phone calls;
- Assures the support for all departments of the company;
- Friendly interaction with the clients of the casino.
