- Petty-cash payments and cash incomes for the office.(Rol petty-cash & Foreign exchange rate petty-cash)
- Daily bookkeeping for financial operations with cash in the petty-cash register respecting the Romanian accounting rules.
- Payments to external (foreign) suppliers.
- Payments to internal suppliers.
- Daily bringing the bank statements and documents from the bank
- Daily elaboration of the bank documents
- The maintenance of the currency exchange rate in the SAP for USD and EUR.
- Monthly Cash-Flow reports for direct superior.
- Bookkeeping of due cheques, keep evidence of the date it must be released for payment.
- Supplier’s financial relations.
- Taking part at other works requested by coordinating head.
- Taking part at inventory.
- Taking part at other works for audit and fiscal control.
- Keeping the confidentiality of information’s.
- Westaco program supervision.
- Printing the daily SAP payments for the suppliers
University graduation ( Economic studies- Accounting is an advantage )
- minimum 3 years experience in accounting within a multinational company
- very good background of Romanian accounting and tax issues
-responsibility for accounting accuracy
-computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, at least one accounting software-SAP is an advantage.
-good English
-open minded, proactive attitude, good communication skills, organized, efficient and flexible person
-ability to work pressure
-driving license
