RESPONSABILITATI

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as a

CASE MANAGER - BULGARIAN LANGUAGE

where you will have the following responsibilities:

successfully communicating with others to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations;
following the identified work flow and troubleshooting process to resolve an issue;
processing units from Depot that are on hold for repair;
proactively reviewing daily reports including back orders and discrepancies from Repair and Parts distribution Service Providers;
providing approval to swap / upgrade units (if necessary);
following-up on any open action items;
documenting case actions and preparing certified letters to customers for repaired units not picked up from Carry-In site;
responding to retailers' emails within one business day;
interacting with the escalations team to handle Customer issues.


CERINTE

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

have ISP skills - sign-up, install, connection, messaging, navigation, online support;
functional understanding of home networking hardware and configuration;
can correctly define concepts of a network;
can define or prove knowledge of the following terms: Device Manager, Driver Rollbacks, USB Speeds, PCI Express and PCI cards, ATX Motherboards, IDE Devices, SATA Hard drives, Hibernation mode, Ports, Networks, Partitioning, IEEE Firewall port, Resolution, Data transfer, VGA PCMCIA;
demonstrate an awareness of new software and technology;
understanding of consumer electronics;
preferable 1 year previous experience working in a similar support role, supporting customers in a Customer facing, applicable environment;
ability to multi-task while effectively communicating with field techs, vendors, customers and consumers;
excellent time management - ability to multi-task to solve issue for customers;
Bulgarian language - advanced (support language);
English - fluent (mandatory for trainings).
