For one of our clients, a multinational company active in construction field, we are looking for a Tender Manager.
Collaborates with the Senior Project Manager in works related to tender estimation of civil work contracts;
Reviews tender documents, time schedules and bills of quantities;
Prepares estimates of required resources, costs;
Develops construction methodologies and identifies the subcontracting needs;
Communicates with clients, performs quantitative surveys for ensuring the optimum tender price;
Assures follow up on the projects until the signing of the contract;
Coordinates a team of junior engineers.
At least 5 years experience in the same area;
Good knowledge of the project execution methodology;
High sense of cost awareness;
Fluency in English ( German is an advantage);
University degree in Civil engineering;
Ability to travel, strong negotiating and communication skills.
