For one of our clients, an independent law firm, we are looking for
a Lawyer:
- Provides legal consultancy;
- Identifies and investigates public law issues;
- Supervises and coordinates projects within specific area of expertise;
- Performs high-level research and analysis in commercial law;
- Drafts and edits a wide variety of documents, such as legal memoranda, state legislation, administrative agency regulations, policy manuals, city charters, court rules, handbooks, and newsletters;
- Assumes responsibility for the technical and administrative aspects of contracts and grants, including responsibility for contract performance, reporting, and evaluation.
- At least 2 years experience within the Legal field (Commercial Law is a plus);
- Strong knowledge of the Romanian Legal System;
- Full member of the Romanian Bar;
- Legal writing skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Organized and determined person.
