RESPONSABILITATI

The HR Department of Ubisoft is looking for an HR Specialist with a broad knowledge base, able to handle a multitude of tasks and pay an important role in the ongoing development of the company. You will be involved in all HR processes of the Testing Department and have the opportunity to work in an active environment and grow as a professional.





Your tasks

Under the responsibility of the HR Coordinator, be involved in the implementation of HR processes within the Test Department
Manage the training process (identify training needs, design training plan and budget, organize training activities, delivery the induction training for new employees)
Be actively involved in the evaluation process
Act as Project Manager on different HR related projects (organizing surveys, team-buildings, designing HR procedures)
Handle multiple recruitment projects at one time
Represent a positive contact point for all employees


CERINTE

Essential skills

1-3 years of experience in HR, on a similar position
University degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study
Excellent command of English
MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
Knowledge of the Romanian labor law

Desirable personal skills:

Enthusiastic and assertive
Good communication abilities (active listening and presentation skills)
Able to show initiative
