RESPONSABILITATI

- To perform, on a daily basis, merchant fraud-monitoring activity, in order to detect any potential fraudulent operations;
- To verify with the issuing bank the authenticity of the suspect transaction and in case of fraudulent transactions, to start the investigation procedure;
- To keep an update record of each suspect transaction analysed and investigated, with details of transaction, contact person and result of the investigation;
- To report the fraudulent merchant to VISA/ MasterCard/ Romcard;
- To maintain a permanent contact with the organisations: VISA, MasterCard, Romanian Low Enforcement and Romanian Fraud Forum;
- To participate in creating and developing the internal procedures of the department;
- To participate in the new projects related to card products;
- To co-operate with other bank departments in terms to card fraud monitoring
- To perform merchant inspections.


CERINTE

Job requirements:

- University degree ¿ basic economic background;
- VISA/MasterCard rules and regulations background;
- 2-3 years cards specialised experience in chargebacks or card fraud monitoring;
- Very good PC skills;
