- Analyzes current portfolio in terms of card usage periodically;
- Designs campaigns for activation and usage increase, prevents customer attrition;
- Determines communication channels in cooperation with Brand Management & Advertising;
- Follows up campaign results and evaluates the profitability;
- Prepares system requests and contact with IT for new campaign developments;
- Ensures effective management of human resources under area of coordination
- University degree preferably from School of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and/or Engineering;
- Min. 1-3 years of experience in a similar position, banking background would be a plus;
- Fluency in English is required;
- Strong skills in communication, human relations and team work;
- Innovative, open to development & improvement, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking;
- Dynamic personality;
- Proficient in working with all major MS Office computing applications.
