- Being up to date with EMV standards, Visa and MasterCard regulations
- Assess ING current cards standards in terms of EMV and/or new technologies on the market
- Generate (monthly, quarterly or on request) and send reports to Visa, MasterCard or NBR on a specific format
- Generate and send reports to internal departments
- 2nd level support for Cards Operations
- Offer support in projects related to cards activity
- Academic degree
- Professional qualifications / training: IT engineer or future graduate
- Specific knowledge related to cards of various IT systems
- Computer proficiency: MS Windows operating systems, MS Office, basic Database knowledge, basic computer networking knowledge, basic Object Programming knowledge
- Good level of English, verbal & written
- Problem solving & analysis skills
- Planning and organising abilities
- Good communication skills, both Romanian and English
