RESPONSABILITATI

- To perform, on a daily basis, fraud-monitoring activity, in order to detect any potential fraudulent operations;
- To keep an updating record of the suspect transactions analyzed and investigated, with details of transactions, contacted person and the result of the investigation;
- To inform the bank department involved about the fraudulent cases occurred, with a short description of case;
- To keep an updating record of all cards lost/ stolen or blocked;
- To perform merchant inspections and merchant trainings;
- To report the fraudulent merchant to VISA/ MasterCard/ Romcard;
- To maintain a permanent contact with the organizations: VISA, MasterCard, Romanian Law Enforcement and Romanian Fraud Forum;
- To participate in creating and developing the internal procedures of the department;
- To participate in the new projects related to card products.
