RESPONSABILITATI

- Assure excellent service and support through phone to all customers/potential customers of the Bank (incoming and outgoing call handling);
- Always be informed about card products, procedures and services offered to customer at a certain time (continuous self-training);
- Handling or helping call center agents with complicated customer requests
- Monitor personnel performance
- Supervise shift personnel in daily operations
- Interview and make recommendations for open positions in the call center
- Maintain scheduling and related reports
- Ensure procedures are followed correctly
- Participate in coaching, reviews and training assessments of shift personnel in conjunction with department manager
- Review all requests for support of new technologies
- Investigate new technology as directed


CERINTE

- 2 years supervisory experience or job related experience
- Familiar with Credit and Debit card products lifecycle
- Customer-oriented
- Independent problem solving skills/ product knowledge/ management of customer expectation/ initiative
- English - advanced
- Univeristy degree
