RESPONSABILITATI

• Assure excellent service and support through phone to all customers/potential customers of the Bank (incoming and outgoing call handling);
• Always be informed about card products, procedures and services offered to customer at a certain time (continuous self-training);
• Handling or helping call center agents with complicated customer requests
• Monitor personnel performance
• Supervise shift personnel in daily operations
• Interview and make recommendations for open positions in the call center
• Maintain scheduling and related reports
• Ensure procedures are followed correctly
• Participate in coaching, reviews and training assessments of shift personnel in conjunction with department manager
• Review all requests for support of new technologies
• Investigate new technology as directed


CERINTE

• 2 years supervisory experience or job related experience
• Familiar with Credit and Debit card products lifecycle
• Customer-oriented
• Independent problem solving skills/ product knowledge/ management of customer expectation/ initiative
• English - advanced
• Univeristy degree
