Our client explores, discovers and extracts oil and natural gas on five continents. They provide energy, warmth and mobility as well as day to day products and services to millions of people.
In order to strengthen its position on the Romanian market, our customer is currently looking for a high professional in the position of Card Country Manager.

Job purpose:
Responsible for developing sales of company products and all related sales activities to designate strategic, major customers or Key Accounts.

Main tasks:
- Your work will be very focused on diplomacy with the biggest clients and Vienna
- lead the growth and profitability stakes of the company
- support and coach the sales forces in all the steps of the sales process, from the lead detection to final negotiation
- lead complex negotiations with major customers
- deploy the global and local commercial policy
- Reporting & controlling, forecasting and competitors’ analysis
- guaranty the right management of all the commercial information and check their consistency: potential customers, competitors, opportunity
- be aware of new needs and new comers on the market
- use, customize and deploy the offers of the Group, or create new one if necessary, in order to differentiate from the competition
- analyze the current situation and the future stakes, in order to define the right commercial strategy for the subsidiary
- support the GM on commercial & marketing issues, to build the vision for the company
- support the GM to define the commercial requested resources
- built the commercial action plan of the subsidiary, set individual goals for his collaborators
- deploy the action plan by leading, motivating and coaching a team of Area Sales Managers and Seals Reps.
- deploy the best practices of the Group in his team (especially offer and contract review).


CERINTE

Requirements:
- University degree
- Sales trainings
-Min 6 years in a multinational company in a sales managerial position or key account manager
- Very good PC knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, outlook express)
- Good communication in English
- Very good knowledge of the business processes
- Very good sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of specific legislation
- Very good managerial skills
