- Administer the company car fleet (the allocated part – approximately 100 cars);
- Makes sure the cars policy is properly implemented and respected by all car users at all levels;
- Maintain and permanently update the cars’ database in terms of: technical specifications, insurance information, maintenance and repairs (e.g. technical review schedule, tire change, oil change, etc), distribution to users accordingly to company rules, events in which the cars are involved, mileage, consumption and other necessary information;
- In case of accidents or other malfunctions, act as interface between the involved parties (beneficiary, Police, Insurance company, etc) and follow-up, in order to finalize the necesary process so that the cars are available for using;
- Coordinate and monitor all repairs and maintenance operations of the cars done by the service units, according to company’s regulation, focusing on checking the quality of repairs versus the costs;
- Keep the cars handover form records;
- Keep the daily tracking of the allocated drivers’ movements/routes, accordingly to current Romanian legislation;
- Draw-up reports regularly and as requested.
- 1 year experience on a similar job;
- Minimum high school graduate (cars repairing); university degree in mechanical engineering would be an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian traffic regulations (people and goods transportation, especially) would be an asset;
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) – medium level;
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to plan and organize activities, to set priorities;
- Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize the information and present the conclusions;
- Ability to identify and solve problems, to make evaluative judgments;
- Ability to focus on details, to verify the input data and correct the errors;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Fluency in English;
- Valid driving license – B category.
