- Develope, manage and coordinate the optimal solution for car fleet activities
- Check and prepare reports and statistics about traffic accidents and incidents conditions, prepare periodic briefings about the safety state of the car fleet and propose solutions;
- Tracking of cars usage, maintenance and repair costs, mileage, fuel consumptions and continuous update the records according the existing Car Fleet Policy;
- Monitoring the fleet management service company representatives;
- Compliance with authorities regarding cars registration, disposal, accidents, insurance, periodical technical revisions;
- Ensures quality control for services provided and draws up action plans for improving results of the activity carried
- Providing reports on constant and ad-hoc base
- Previous car fleet administration relevant experience
- Knowledge of local regulations and transportation authorities policies/procedures
- Knowledge of local vendors/contractors and their best practices (specific computer software)
- Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in car fleet administration
- Good working knowledge of practical Health and Safety within the built environment
- Bachelor degree - technical studies
- English - medium
- Driving licence
