- Owns a portfolio of capital equipment suppliers and drive them to have quality, cost, payment term increase, delivery and service performance.
- Own the responsibility for SAP project / system implementation and development related to capital equipment processes.
- Responsible for all capital equipment sourcing processes in the EMEA region and for the following main objectives related to capital equipment purchasing
- Manages the implementation of regional / global capital equipment purchasing contracts at the site levels.
- Works closely with other functions to ensure objectives are achieved related to capital equipment purchasing
- Negotiates and administers necessary capital equipment contracts, including Long-Term Supply Agreements, Non Disclosure Agreements, etc.
- Execute regional and site sourcing strategies of capital equipment purchasing
- Identify best practices in capital equipment sourcing and implement as appropriate in the sites
- Manage discrete projects as required by the business
- Perform the current activity related to capital equipment suppliers (identification of suppliers, suppliers' assessment, creation of SAP specific records, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably of direct /indirect materials and services
Proven experience in supplier negotiations
Experience in a multinational global environment; experience in a similar industry, automotive
Organized and computer literate (Microsoft office tools)
Must speak and read English (Professional level)

Good communication skills, Team player
Comfortable in working independently and autonomous
Ability to manage project at medium complexity, communicate and act in a multicultural and cross-functional environment
