As a Campaign List Management Specialist you will be part of a central Marketing Operations Team which works closely with the Campaign Management Team. Your customers will be internal HP Marketing and local CRM users across Business Groups and countries in the European, Middle East and African region. Specific job tasks include:
¿Taking target list requests from country & region;
¿Analyze feasibility of request;
¿Cooperate with local data marshal and campaign owner;
¿Use databases to find the best list available;
¿Acquire additional prospects if necessary;
¿Use business objects to fine tune the lists;
¿Load list into Siebel;
¿Perform necessary de-duping and promotion of prospects to contacts where applicable;
¿Attach list to campaign;
¿Ensure that execution vendor receives final list on time;
¿Create follow up list when necessary and redo above tasks;
¿Assist in improving the EMEA list management process;
¿Assist in documenting current and future processes;
¿Train and tutor newcomers of the process.
¿At least 3 years experience in IT, Business Intelligence and / or Marketing;
¿University degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a non-business technical field of study with a strong focus on both business processes and IT;
¿Fluency in English;
¿Strong technical skills: Business Object or SQL or MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel;
¿Analytical skills;
¿Creative and solution oriented;
¿Team player with good interpersonal skills;
¿Well organized;
¿Customer oriented;
¿Good interpersonal skills;
¿Able to work in a changing environment.
