RESPONSABILITATI

The employer is a well-known multinational company. The job holder will work for a determined period of time, estimated to 3 months, and will have the following responsibilities:

- Call receive and logging
- Initiation of call screening
- Assignment of planned and unplanned maintenance actions
- To make agreements with the customer about time of arrival of the products
- To monitor the progress of initiated actions and to follow up where needed
- To alert communication of all relevant information to those involved (Sales & Service) to ensure an optimal response towards the customer
- To initiate technical or managerial escalation processes if the corrective measures executed so far did not eliminate the reported problem
- Ordering of spare parts on request
- Initiation of quotation for repair actions if generally requested by customers and agreed upon with managers
- Collection and preparation of all job related expenses (hours and material) for internal and external invoicing
- Capacity planning for maintenance and installation in close cooperation with regional managers.


CERINTE

University student or graduate
Good command of English
PC user - MS Office
Experience in working with SAP would be an advantage
Very well organized, excellent communication skills, customer oriented, problem solving attitude, able to work under pressure, multitasking, attention to details.
