For one of our clients, a multinational company active in telecommunication field, we are looking for Call Centre Agents.
The Call Centre Agent will have to:
Handle incoming calls from customers;
Negotiate and advise concerning the best solutions for client;
Operate requests in a quick and satisfactory manner for the client;
Provide information on inquiries regarding specific services and products.
To successfully complete these requirements you should have:
- Very good command of English
- Very good computer knowledge
And you should be:
- Student or graduated
- Dynamic, friendly, with very good communication skills
