RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a new colleague in our supervising team.Some of your basic responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating and supervising call center activities
- Offering continuous training for existing and new coming agents
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Supervising the implementation of company’s projects
- Offering support for Project Managers or Managing Director

The person we are looking for should be:

This person should also have:
- University degree or at least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- sales skills

- good command of English
