RESPONSABILITATI

The job holder has the role of supporting all debt collection processes by offering assistance by telephone or/and email.
- The position involves taking/making calls, writing emails and informing the customers according to the data in the system in regards to upcoming or past due pays and keeping them up to date with the latest promotional campaigns.
- Doing market research by contacting current clients in order to assess their satisfaction with a brand or product and collecting feedback;
- Offer customer support by resolving any problems the client may be facing;
- Keep records of customer transactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken;
- Handle our clients' calls/requests in an effective and pleasant way, with high professionalism and to the very best of your ability.
You will be working exclusively with Romanian clients, however a basic understanding of English is necessary in order to communicate with our other departments, participate in training sessions and report to the branch manager.

ALL CANDIDATES must meet the following job requirements:
a) Technical skills:
- Experience on a similar position would be an advantage;
- Ability to communicate in English;
- Computer literate: MS Office (World, Excel) and Internet.
b) Social skills/ competencies:

- Self motivation and function comfortably in an environment that requires ability to work multi-task and unsupervised;
