RESPONSABILITATI

Provides courteous customer service and accurate technical support to users by phone and/or e-mail.

- Handles incoming calls / e-mails from users, in a polite and professional manner;
- Records information on incoming requirements / complains into the system (HPSV) as request tickets;
- Solves the users complaints and requirements or forwards them to the technical experts, if they go beyond his / her area of expertise;
- Provides information on inquiries regarding specific services / applications;
- Follows up for closing the request ticket;
- Collects and drafts reports on users¿ suggestions in order to increase the customer satisfaction level;
- Elaborates reports on daily bases, monthly and on request regarding the number and the nature of calls;
- Maintains a high degree of knowledge about company/department policies, procedures and services in order to be able to handle users¿ inquiries.


CERINTE

- Excellent PC skills, particularly MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Internet Explorer);
- Good English language skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer oriented;
- Good team player;
- Ability to understand and assimilate basic technical information on processes, systems, products;
- Previous experience on a similar / equivalent position represents an advantage.
