- Providing product and service information to customers;
- Authorizing card transactions;
- Collecting and processing applications for opening new card accounts;
- Maintaining customer records by updating Call Center database;
- Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments;
- Solve products or service problems by clarifying customers complaints, following up to ensure resolution;
- Maintains confidentiality of records.
- Relevant experience within a customer support department (Call Center, Customer Care);
- Able to deal with difficult customers and complaints;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Flexible and stress resistant, available to work in shifts (including night shifts);
- Ability to take decisions and act independently;
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
