RESPONSABILITATI

Gives information to the clients promoting the company’s image and the services and benefits that it provides;
Gives support, offers information, and deals with the problems of customers;
Achieves and maintenance the customer satisfaction measure performance;
Collects correct and complete information about the clients and registres information in the data base;
Handles inbond and outbond calls;
Registers the clients requests and operates all the necessary activities in a special software program.


CERINTE

At least 6 month of experience in a similar position;
PC skills;
Client oriented, organized, self motivated person;
Very good interpersonal skills, able to handle confidential information;
Excellent communication skills.
