RESPONSABILITATI

The project DOES NOT involve selling any products or services. The objectives can relate to: data collection, updating existing information, inviting prospects to different events, informing them about an offer, setting up meetings.

Responsibilities:
- generating a daily number of calls
- collecting the information gathered in a provided template (PC based)
- keeping a high accuracy of the data collected, in standard reports
- reaching the monthly objective (lead target) set for each project.


CERINTE

We are looking for a responsible person, with previous experience in data collection or telemarketing sales for a six months project managed on behalf of our clients, companys in IT services.
It would be an advantage if you had been involved in a call-center activity, and even a bigger advantage if you have promoted any IT product.
We require very good knowledge of Romanian language, spoken and written.
It is essential to be able to carry on a relaxed conversation and also be willing to adapt the speech to a more technical discussion. (Training will be provided).
It is important to work on a script or a sales pitch, which we will provide.
You need to have PC operating skills and use Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PPT)
We are looking for a dynamic person, highly communicative and eager to reach its targets.
