RESPONSABILITATI

Organize, coordinate and supervise all call center activity
Keep connection with clients and handling clients complaints with personal follow up
Working according to orders and procedures
Is responsible for all fleet control, to scheduled cars in garages on time, do their ITP and revision on time.
Responsible for all clients fleet manager requests.
Responsible for all customer requests.
Responsible for clients in order for them to receive replacement cars on time.
Responsible for all the follow up for each car of NKR, to be ready on time, scheduled in garages, ITP on time and revision
Is responsible of all the daily and weekly reports that his superior ask him for
Must follow up the cars in all services
Is responsible to follow up tagging services
Responsible that all work orders will be in the system and follow up included invoices stage.
Daily reports ( open issue, VIP customers, e mail address
Is responsible to all cars in the company that need to change tires and to create control tables for the entire procedure since the tires are change, deposit location for cars


CERINTE

Minimum 4 years experrience in a simillar position
