Coordinates the agents at the Call Center
Order creation, order follow-up
Continuous Customer Relation with different countries
Supply Chain Coordination with different Warehouses
SAP update
Providing statistical / data
Other related to the position


CERINTE

English knowledge (advanced level)
Other East European Countries languages (mother tongue)
Italian would also be preferable
One of the Economic, Language, Customer Orientation skills
Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of SAP use
• Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
