Handle incoming calls from customers;
Negotiate and advise concerning the best solutions for client;
Operate requests in a quick and satisfactory manner for the client;
Provide information on inquiries regarding specific services and products.


CERINTE

Very good command of German;
Very good computer knowledge (Word, Excel);
Student or graduated;
Prior experience in a call-center environment preferred;
Dynamic, friendly, with very good communication skills;
Self-motivated and a team player.
