TIKSHOOV ROMANIA is interested in recruiting enthusiastic people, ready to learn new things and to be part of a united team. The job requires an excellent level of spoken and written English and very good telephone communication skills.
It is a part-time job, very suitable for students that are willing to develop a career within a major international company.

The Agent will have to:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers;
- Negotiate and advise concerning the best solutions for client;
- Operate requests in a quick and satisfactory manner for the client.


CERINTE

- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude;
- Excellent English skills (both in speech and in writing);
- Spanish, Italian or German skills - is a plus
- Punctuality and ability to multi-task;
- Previous experience in computerized environment;
- Self-motivated and a team player.
