a) Work on direct telesales or other customer service and presales projects
b) Projects are conducted in local or foreign languages
c) Developing and maintaining a quality relationship with external clients and internal collegues
d) Reaching and delivering company`s and project objectives


CERINTE

1. Strong fluency in 1 or more foreign languages: English, German, French, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Greek, Swedish, Danish, Bulgarian, Norwegian, Finnish (only canditates with level comparable to native language skills should apply)
2. Previous experiences in Call center a plus
3. Customer management skills
4. Communication skills
5. Able to influence and sale
6. Enthusiastic, positive attitude
7. Tolerant and stress resistant to handle various clients attitudes, objections and rejections
