RESPONSABILITATI

Based on project specifications main responsibilities will include:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls (InfoLine, Customer Care, Telesales/Telemarketing, Survey Calls)
- Handle emails or faxes for infoline or customer care services;
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system or other customer systems.


CERINTE

- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude;
- Excellent English skills (both in speech and in writing);
- Punctuality and ability to multi-task;
- Excellent typing and computer skills (MS Office required);
- Prior experience in a call-center environment preferred;
- Self-motivated and a team player.
