For our client, we are seeking a qualified CAD Operator to assist construction management team on an office/mixed use project in the review of design drawings, development of construction details and assisting the procurement department with material specifications.
The successful candidate will be capable on working on their own initiative and develop simple sketches and concepts into full working drawings. He/she will report to the resident mechanical engineer.
Duties
-Amend drawings in CAD and produce construction details and shop drawings;
-Coordinate details with the other disciplines;
-Produce coordination drawings;
-Produce section and details to demonstrate practical installations;
-Maintain CAD library;
-Keeping updated directory of drawings.
-University degree;
-Relevant experience in this position;
-AutoCAD 2009, Revit is a preference;
-Fluent in English, (good written and verbal skills,able to perform technical translations on plans).
