You will be responsible for supporting our European technical sales team with advanced solutions to customer problems and opportunities based on PTC’s CAD/CAM and PLM software.
Your role will include:
- Deliver product demonstrations addressing customer / prospect needs
- Support the preparation of benchmarking events at customer sites
- Support the delivery of proofs of concept
- Support functionality development using Pro/Toolkit, J-Link and Web-Link
- Develop new solutions to specific technical requirements
- Support services organization in scoping of implementations
- Provide on site technical expertise to customers / partners
- Support technical support in resolving customer issues
- Develop product demonstrations and documentation for re-use
- Education: Mechanical Engineering degree
- Knowledge of CAD products
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent English
- Willingness to travel internationally
