RESPONSABILITATI

The CA Analyst will be responsible for the support, installation, configuration, implementation and adaptation of CA Service Desk Manager, CMDB, Service Catalog and Support Bridge for our customer. The CA Service Desk Manager and related environment is the software that supports the Service Management service TechTeam provides to our clients.


CERINTE

To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following:

- Experience with user interface design.
- Understanding / experience with web services (a must for troubleshooting).
- Experience with building template workflows through GUI interface.
- Understanding of object oriented programming
- Support or Implementation experience of Service management software (ie Remedy, HP Open view, Peregrine etc.)
- A minimum of three years of IT experience working in dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to work efficiently and effectively with co-workers
- Must be disciplined in approach to documentation and quality assurance
- Must be able to minimize downtime by rapidly diagnosing and resolving problems
- Must demonstrate strong sense of urgency regarding solving end-user issues
- Must have excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication
- Experience with implementing and understanding technical requirement documents
