We are constantly looking for people who are interested in developing their career with us, and for this reason, we are now looking to expand our teams with two C++ Software Developers and one Quality Assurance Engineer.
The main project you will be working on is for a German company founded as a provider of innovative web collaboration solutions for small and medium sized enterprises. The product range is comprised of desktop sharing solutions for online meetings, online presentations, web conferences, and remote support. Users especially benefit from significantly reduced travel time and travel expenses.
The product you will be working on is a desktop sharing and online collaboration software solution that enables one or several guests to see your computer screen live over the Internet. The product allows you to easily conduct secure online meetings and remote support sessions with customers, business partners, and coworkers without having to leave your office.
Your mission will be to create incremental releases with new features according to the customer requests. They want to extend the features of the product to include audio/video capability and streaming support. For the short term, 3rd party integrated solutions are used, but for long term the client requested a native implementation of the major existing audio/video protocols.
The project uses Agile Scrum methodology.

C++ Software Developer for Audio/Video Conferencing
- Extensive working experience with C/C++
- Advanced knowledge of the following Audio/Video Protocols (experience in a previous project using these protocols is an advantage):
1) H.264/MPEG-4 AVC
2) SIP (Session Initiation Protocol)
- Experience with QT Framework is an advantage
C++/QT Developer for Server Implementation
- Extensive working experience with C/C++
- Previous experience with QT Framework
- Advanced knowledge of Networking concepts like Sockets, Client/Server, TCP/IP
- Experience with C++ Threading is an advantage
- Knowledge of Memory Management is an advantage
Quality Assurance Engineer
- Previous experience in a similar position – minimum 2 years
- Experience with test case planning, test validation and test reports
- Knowledge of C/C++ programming language
- Experience with debug analysis – an advantage
- Experience with Test Automation tools – an advantage
