We are searching for a team leader with strong C++ development skills. The team leader will be responsible for all aspects of our C++ development under Windows environment. Our servers are written using Visual C++ technology.
Main Responsibilities
• Lead the team in all aspects of the software development lifecycle - requirements analysis and time estimates, design, development and deployment support
• Maintain existing features and provide development support
• Develop new features
• Provide technical team leadership and mentoring
• Work with different interfaces such as developers, QA and project managers at all stages to ensure high quality products
• At least 5 years of development experience in C++ - a must
• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader - a must
• Motivated, hard worker and willing to learn - a must
• Proven experience working with OOD using STL and Boost on multithreading environment – a must
• Good English communication capabilities - a must
• Proven experience in writing Server Side code – an advantage
• Experience with a relational database - an advantage
• Experience in developing multiusers distributed systems - an advantage
• Experience with Agile engineering practices (Test driven development, continuous integration, etc.) - an advantage
