o 4+ years of C# using current versions of the .NET Framework (2.0 and 3.5).
o Strong experience refactoring C# libraries and writing tests using xUnit frameworks.
o Deep understanding of how to work effectively with the .NET framework (2.0 and 3.5).
o Highly proficient with current versions of Visual Studio .NET (2005 and 2008).
o Strong practical knowledge of OOP (SOLID) principles.
o Experience using ReSharper and Subversion.
o Experience building applications using WPF and WCF is a plus.
o Experience building applications that interact with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is a plus.
o Experience with components such as Actipro, Aspose, DevExpress, Infragistics, and Clear Office is a plus.
