- Technical Experience and Accreditation
- Relevant academic degree, preferably in Software Engineering, from a leading academic institution.
- At least 3 years experience in C / C++ programming.
- Experience in the Cellular / Wireless domain (GSM, CDMA, Bluetooth , telecom protocols etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in hardware / embedded applications is a big plus.
- Knowledge of Windows CE / Symbian is a big plus.
Quality assurance experience (for Testers):
- At least 3 years proven experience in a quality assurance.
- Experience with QA methodology.
- International experience is a plus.
Personal Skills and Characteristics:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, intensive environment
- Result driven and strong customer focus.
