Distant Job is an Executive Offshore Recruitment company based in Montreal, Canada. We are focused on providing top talents from Eastern Europe and Asia to work remotely for North American companies.
Out costumer is a multinational company that develops web based enterprise applications and is located in Montreal Canada.
Our customer is assembling a development team to be hosted in downtown Bucharest, Romania. The team will comprise of both Senior and Junior Developers and is expected to be in place long term and will provide for individual growth opportunities in both skills and salary.
The team will participate in an Agile development working in collaboration with the Canadian team.
If you do not live in Bucharest, Romania and interested in relocating we will gladly help with all the accommodation and we can even provide more travelling opportunities and training sessions.
Each of the team members will undergo a 4 to 12 weeks paid training in Montreal, Canada. The customer will cover all costs associated with the training, including tickets, accommodation, insurance, meals, per diems, etc.
The required set of skills is:
> Appropriate higher degree
> At least 4 years of ASP.NET / C# experience for Senior position and at least 2 years for Junior position
> Strong analytical skills and logical approach towards problem solving
> Excellent level of English language (the official language of the company is English)
> Excellent customer service
> Any international and multi-cultural experience will be considered an advantage
